10 best things in the fabulous 2010 :)

Sorry for not posting anything for almost 3 weeks now ;p, since I've been experiencing bad morning sickness symptoms almost everyday during those 3 weeks... and that has been cutting almost 5 hours daily for me to do my routine. Bottom line, I dont have any extra energy to take daily pics and to write the blog :(

As today is the last day of 2010... I want to write the highlighted things (10 best things) that had happened in 2010 :)

1. Special birthday

Im turning 26 this year, and whats make it special was, on my birthday, the series of my wedding ceremony started on the same day. The pengajian (prayer) before the wedding day taken place on the same date as my birthday, and thats made me more certain and ready to have my wedding :) It was very special...

2. Wedding

180410 or April 18, 2010 is the most memorable and important date in our life :) that beautiful afternoon in April we vow during our Akad Nikah, and promise to live happily together for the rest of our life :) its the beginning of the wonderful life with my husband.


3. Honeymoon in Europe

A month after our wedding (yes a month, since we have to prepare everything by ourselves), we finally realize our dream honeymoon by going to Europe. It was our perfect first adventure and travel far from home together and we definitely had the time of our life! we have Amsterdam and Paris :)

4. All my Trisakti's closest friends are getting married

Everybody are getting married... this year is full of weddings, and specially the wedding of my engong mates of Trisakti. Now only Lina left before her wedding, which maybe next year :)

5. First lebaran together (Mudik)

aah... another special moment with my husband, this was our first lebaran as husband and wife :) hihihi, and we're soo excited. We went to Surabaya and Blitar during the Lebaran as a tradition, and we had a wonderful time.

6. Blogging

This is also very special, as I decided to blog :) and its been the highlight of 2010...

7. Singapore holiday with my besties

Fun times in 2010 has include the 3 days getaway with my besties Icca and Gina, by traveling to Singapore and have fun at Universal Studio Singapore!

8. Ipad

Our newest gadget.... which we love so much!

9. Pregnant :)

Nothing beats the feeling of 'knowing that you're pregnant'! I was soo happyyyy and so was my husband!, on November we found out that I'm pregnant with my first child, and we're soooo excited of this pregnancy. Today the pregnancy is entering week 12... and we're praying everything will went smoothly and we're expecting our lil princess or general in 2011...

Pray for usss :)

10. SLR camera

To end the perfect 2010, I bought new camera, this time SLR, since I think this will be very useful for our journey with the lil one in 2011...

2010 has been a super amazing year for me and my husband, and I have a feeling that 2011 will become one of a wonderful year for me and my hubby... the main thing that we look forward to issss..... the birth of our lil princess or general hihihihii in 2011...

changes within 3 weeks :)

okay since I'm now Mrs. McFatty haha! yes, im gaining weight obviously, in my defense, im gaining weight for my precious little angel inside mee :)

last Saturday, we visited dr. B again to meet our lil growing babbyy... yeaayyy!!! and im gaining a little much weight another yeaayyy (NOT) hahaha

well I dont care... as long as my future baby is healthy :)

8 weeks prego

7 weeks prego

First trip to dr. B, my weight check indicated that I was 50Kg, and pregnant for just 4 weeks ;p

Second trip to dr. B, it was indicated that I'm 51.3 k... yes im now that heavy. Normally before being pregnant my normal weight was about 47 to 49, and I was amazed by the appetite of a pregnant woman, some says that I havent experienced the "morning sickness" so there I gain a lot hahahahha

so There I was, 7 weeks pregnant, saturday night movie date with a friend and hubby, trying to get my jeans on, and I could not buttoning up my jeans! hah! and soo i decide to buy a "bella band" the savior for every pregnant woman if they still want to wear their favorite jeans during pregnancy...

and please note, my mom (and almost everyone) advised me that I should not wear heels any longer hahahaha so my tory burch(s) will take many actions noww

6 weeks prego

In mid November, we (me and my hubby) went to the doctor. We chose to have a dr. B :) as our obgyn for the next 9 months :), after several friends had referred to him, and based on our main consideration that RSPI is conveniently close to our house, annnddd he practice every weekend which is also very convenient for us as a busy busy working couple ;p

That day, dr. B check on my pregnancy by having an ultrasound, my hubby accompany me during the ultrasound, and that was the "IT" moment for me and my hubby where we first saw and heard the most amazing thing happen in our life, and that is the baby heartbeat... suddenly happy tears were all over my cheeks :) we're soo happy..

Now that my baby inside me is 6 weeks old, I must live eat and think healthy :) love you babyyy :*

yes I'm Pregnant :)

yessss..... I'm here after a while, to spread the happy newss..... (drumrolll pleeassseee, although its not necessary since the title of this blog is clearly obvious hehehe) PICHA IS NOW PREGNANT :)

me and my husband were sooo happy, excited and super super blessed when we first found out that im actually pregnant.

We have visited a dr. to confirm our pregnancy and yes.. I'm positively carrying our first little baby :) and from now on, this blog will become THE DIARY OF PREGNANT PICHA... which is still I will focusing on the "style" and now will be more to discuss on the pregnancy style... and hopefully my pregnancy figures will be like Miroslava Duma hahaha... a petit cute mom-to-be, but who knows that I will be like Amy Adams instead :)

anyway... please pray for me and my lil baby inside me, so we can be healthy :)

ONROP! Musikal...

Creating broadway in Jakarta? why not...

On Saturday, November 20, 2010, Me and my hubby went to a very hype current event in Jakarta ;p the "ONROP! Musikal"... we were excited to see the very "talked event" in Jakarta, the its a musical show, as a dystopian satire-comedy about what Indonesia is likely to look like in 2020 if the government/authorities keep up the[ir idea of] “good work”. Predictably: the prospects do not look good. The show was creating a little broadway in Jakarta, and all audience were entertained by it.

Overall the show was entertaining and delivering the essential messages that all politicians in Indonesia should hear! hahaha.... I'm glad that among the audience there are also several re-known politicians so hopefully they can change their mind a little bit for better Indonesia in 2020.

ONROP! is another one piece of work of Joko Anwar :)

Working Outfit -- Early November

Apologize for being a crappy blogger hahaha... this will be my first post for November :)

I am pleased to start November's post with my working outfit, since it is basically my true daily style haha... often Im just to lazy to think what to wear every morning, and just grab everything appear in front of me, specially when I gain weight like right now hahahaha, so I just dont care what to wear and what am I going to look like... you can see the evidence by yourself, yes I gain 5 kilosssss!!! in like 3 months! hah!

Weekend Look -- Singapore getaway

Last weekend, finally I can have my short break, free for a moment from the hustle and chaotic in the office :)

Day Trip to Torajaland

I was (and still is) on a business trip to South Sulawesi, like most of my business trip, I always try to enjoy the trip and explore the region depending on my time :)

This time, as i never been to Toraja before, after we finished the business on a city called Palopo, me and my colleague went to Tana Toraja. The Toraja are an ethnic group indigenous to a mountainous region of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Their population is approximately 650,000, of which 450,000 still live in the regency of Tana Toraja ("Land of Toraja").

Toraja is famous of the rocky tomb and Toarajan village, we went to Ke'te ke'su, a Toarajan village which still characterized by traditional lives of Toraja people.



It was beautiful, since the village is located in the middle of paddy fields. A little hike from ke'te ke'su took us to the rocky tomb... where we can see this...



after that we went to Londa, another rocky and caves tomb. Too bad we have only limited time, so only a limited tour, but it was unforgettable :) you should visit the place sometimes...

RIP Tuti Dewi Hadinoto

Last weekend we were very shocked to hear the news about the sad passing of Ibu Tuti Dewi Hadinoto...

At 5.00 PM on Saturday, the reknown though lawyer has died caused by Asthma...

Ibu Tuti was the founding partner of Hadiputranto Hadinoto, and she was and will still is an inspiration for any lawyers (not only woman) throughout Indonesia.

She was a very smart, brave, though woman, with a very strong presence.

I remember one ocassion, on a meeting with her, I saw her in a perfect suit, loubutin heels and an attitude that any lawyers should have. She's not affraid in conveying her opinion, and it well presented...

Many of us feel regret because we do not have the chance to know her personally, however, she is an inspiration.

May you rest in peace Ibu Tuti...

Holiday Outfit -- Happy 65th Independence Day!

Last Tuesday was a national Holiday!! And always this excited in welcoming short getaway from the office, although only one day free :)

Weekend Look -- Easy like Saturday Night

Helllooooo Weekend :) so glad that you're coming fast this week, I tawt Monday just been started and now Saturday already here! time flies...

This weekend we had no actual plan and nothing to look forward too, but you know some says that if you dont plan things sometimes they do turn somewhat more surprising and pleasant.

We stayed in bed watching 2 DVDs in the morning, and then after we ate lunch at home, we just spent the entire afternoon just being lazzyyyyy... its so hard to do things, since it was raining, heavy rain outside!

We finally went out for dinner, and since we dont have any plan, so we randomly picked social house. Coincidentally, Ochu (my husband bestfriend) was at the same mall with his girlfriend, and so after they finish their own dinner, they join us and had some beers and gosssiipppsss hahahaha...

These Shoes Are Made for Walkin or Watchin?

Most of my shoes collections are in black! dull? well, not exactly, since the most wearable shoes must be black... it is the most neutral color that we dont have to worry on what clothes we're wearing to match our shoes (or vice versa) hehehe...

lately, my heart goes to 3 of my black shoes collection, i.e. Tory burch Julianne Wedges, Alaia black pump, and nine west heels. The wedges, are often use for office and semi-formal occasion, and so does the Alaia...

just like other alaia shoes, one word to describe it is "PERFECT" so perfect that is fit on my foot and the design is beautiful.




the nine west heels often accompany me for casual date :) including Friday date night with hubby, its just soo comfortable.



each shoes has a unique pattern of heels, and that is why they are my saviors for any day of the week!

Working Outfit -- black attack!

Hello Monday!

Never excited to face another Monday *sigh... however, I started the day super early, as I have a big important presentation regarding update on oil and gas operation today, at our big lawyers monthly meeting...

to boost up a little confident, I was wearing my H&M Blazer + zara black skirt + black alaia pump + LV neverfull bag

still sleepy, nut there I was, presenting the confusing topic haahaha... the presentation went well, and spent the entire day working! non-stop... finally I can leave at 8, and meeting my husband at pacific place to have dinner, but first book shopping at times...

and I finish my Monday by reading Grsiham's newest book "Theodore Boone" on our bed, alone, waiting for my hubby to be home...
